I am feeling very burning in my chest and felling pain slightly left side of chest and arms and back side.

It seems like a gastric prblm. U can take antacids. Eat on time, small frequent meals, drink plenty of fluids, exercise regularly, maintain a gap of at least 1 1/2 to 2hrs between meal n going to bed. Get an ecg done as a routine investigation.

Should be done ECG, x-ray Chest, Ultrasound whole Abdomen and Echocardiography to rule out Heart Problem, Lung Problem and Abdomen Problem.
