Your symptoms are due to deficiency of Vitamins and other essential trace elements. The treatment will also be by supplementation of these. However, since you are suffering for the last four months and all your reports are normal it is better if you consult with a Neurologist in your area.

There are many reasons. Deficiency of Pantothenic Acid in diet is one of those reasons. Diabetic neuropathy, Hypothyroid paraesthesiae, radiculopathy due to disc problems etc are also there. You need to consult with all those reports.

Yeah sure Burning feet syndrome can be due to deficiency of Vitamin B6 . So you should take vitamin B 6. Also you should apply ice on the sole.
