Burning & yellow urine for 3 years

Attached urine routine report. 3 years ago I had recurrent urine infection (yellow urine + burning). After multiple antibiotics, urine routine & culture are now negative. But I still get occasional burning and yellow urine since then, despite drinking enough water. What could be the reason, and which test can help?
