* If the skin is still intact and there is no significant open wound, it can often be managed conservatively.

* Keep the area clean and cover with a sterile non-stick dressing; change as advised.
* Do not burst the blister or apply toothpaste, oil, butter, etc.
* Silverex/antibiotic creams should not be continued routinely without examination; the appropriate dressing depends on burn depth.
* Paracetamol can be used for pain if needed and if there is no contraindication

This is most likely a partial thickness burn
Next Steps
kindly wash using cold running water
apply liquid paraffin over the area
if there are any open wounds when the blister pops do not apply silver sulfadiazine over it
if there is an open area after a blister pops only use an antibacterial ointment like mupirocin after washing with running cold water

For a fresh tea burn, cool the area under clean running water for 20 minutes (not ice) and cover it with a sterile non-stick dressing. Do not apply toothpaste, oil or butter, and do not burst blisters. Silverex/silver sulfadiazine should not be continued without assessing the burn depth. Large blistered areas, white/black skin or severe pain need same-day medical review.
