Due to boiling water fell on my hand my hands now looking like this i will attach image .i am taking Augchoice 625 antibiotic.a acemiz Mr tab pain killer.and applyimg silverex. Will it be ok Any other precaution i need to take?it's getting difficult to take bath.water is touching hand that effected area.
