Bumps on skin (hands)

Hi, I have these bumps on my wrist area.. started some where around 1.5 years.. it does not pain, it is just like shown in the picture.. more like a extra skin.. I am not sure of the reason. How can this be treated.. and what is this called. I consulted ayurvedic doctor as well. But no changes in the condition. Pls help.
