Bumps on eyelids

I have small bumps o both my eyelids. What are these? How can these be treated? Please refer to the attached picture for reference.

This is xanthelasma palpebrum. Its due to fat deposition in the skin of eyelid. Get your lipid profile checked and review with me with reports.
