My baby is 14 month old doing semi solid potty after every feeds .started to gave him zinc power for 14 days nd entrogermina for 3 days . Still getting potty may be due to teething .but due to this he has redness with lots of pimple bumps around his penis nd it's around area . I think it is due to motions nd it infection that area . please suggest any cream . please
