Bump under the skin

I have observed multiple bump like structures under my skins. There is one in theigh , two in left hand and one in right. Those bumps are painless and doen't create any issues, but I am quite worried. Please advice what should I do.

They could be benign lipomas that you have incidentally noticed. That being said it is better that you consult a dermatologist for definite diagnosis so that these don’t spread.
