This morning I woke up and noticed my throat was sore on one side. I looked at my tonsils this afternoon and saw a clear blister like bump on the side that hurt. Now I'm worried.

One sided tonsillar enlargement we cannot​ ignore... consult an ENT specialist to rule out any growth.
