don't try to squeeze it yourself. depending on the severity you might actually spread the infection further if you are not careful

It seems like there may be an infection, in your nose piercing. Here are some general suggestions. Its important to consult for advice; 1. Clean the Area Gently; Use a saline solution or a cleanser that is fragrance free and doesn't contain alcohol to gently clean the area around your piercing. Avoid using chemicals or alcohol as they can cause irritation. 2. Apply Warm Compress; Applying a compress to the bump can help reduce pain and promote drainage. Make sure the compress is not too hot to prevent burns. 3. Avoid Touching; Refrain from touching the piercing with hands and try not to rotate or move the jewelry. Doing so can introduce bacteria. Irritate the piercing. 4. Keep Jewelry In; Its generally recommended to keep the jewelry in place during the healing process as removing it could lead to closure of the hole trapping any infection inside. 5. Seek Professional Advice; If the bump persists or worsens it's crucial to consult with a piercer or healthcare provider. They can assess your situation. Provide advice or recommend antibiotics if necessary. 6. Pain Management; Over the counter pain relievers such as ibuprofen may help manage pain and reduce inflammation. Remember these are suggestions. It's best to seek personalized advice Make sure to adhere to the dosage instructions mentioned on the packaging. Keep in mind that these are guidelines and depending on your circumstances you may need attention. If you notice a bump that has pus filled it indicates an infection. Its crucial to seek medical advice
