Bump on my triceps/biceps mucle

Somewhere on my biceps or triceps on my left arm(inside my body on the muscle im guessing), i feel a small bump. When i feel the exact same spot on my right hand, i feel nothing so its differently a strange thing. Rubbing it a few times doesnt pain at all but after constant playing with the bump for around a minute or more, it stars to pain.

It is hardened muscle fibres... as your details indicating. It is not harmful. For most of the people it is a genetically occurring.
