Bump inside the tongue, feverish feeling

2 weeks back I had fever with headache & backache for 2 days, I took some meds & was recovered after 2 days. But since then I'm having some white painless blisters on the inner part of my tongue, they are covered in white pluck. It doesn't pain but not going away. I took riboflavin, some vitamins & miconazole gel, using oralon mouthwash. Help plz!
