I have a pain bump in my internal anus but no bleeding and pain during bowel movement but when I sit it pains... PLZ someone help me

Hello, this could be a painful files or fissure according to your symptoms Do you have any scratch or wound outside of anus? If yes then it could be fissure If you have welling coming out of anus then it could be piles.
