Hi dr I have this bump in armpit since 4 days now it feels like a bump under skin I have attached before and after photo It was slightly painful and burning on the first two days Now however the pain and burning has gone away Pls check what it is I'm scared I don't know what it is I'm really nervous The swelling has reduced slights Pls give me diagnosis what is it I
