I got my nose pierced a month ago. Recently I noticed a bump on it. There is no pus in it. I think its a keloid. Please suggest a suitable treatment.

Pus need to be treated with proper antibiotics course , once the infection get subsided then u need a treatment for a bump called as keloid and there are multiple treatment options for a keloid.consult a dermatologist as soon as possible.
