Bulky utres -Doctor recommended to remov

Hi Mam/ Sir, My mom( age 47) is having heavy stomach pain problem during periods since last one year. She consulted gynecologist and they took scan . They said the utres is bulky so better to remove. I have attached the report, kindly check. Do really need to remove utres or It can be cured in medicine. Kindly help us to take decision 🙏

For heavy menses and pain in abdomen during menses, after child bearing age (after having children) there are two modalities of treatment. Definitive and conservative. Definitive is surgical removal of uterus. Conservative is using tablets, inserting medicated device in uterus, Hystero scoping procedure. The success of conservative treatment depend on harmonal change in the body and disease. You have to consult with your doctor and then decide.
