Bulky uterus with subserosal lesion

I have pain in my back and abdomen since three months.In transvaginal ultrasound it showed bulky uterus (97×58×76mm) and ill defined hypoechoic subserosal lesion (30×27mm) seen on left side at funds.I experience pain in my back and abdomen on left side.Is this pain due to lesion seen? and suggest me the treatment option.
