My sonography shows hetroechoic lesion 61*31 mm with focal cystic component. I have heavy bleeding from last two cycles and there is pressure on pelvis. I am struggling to eat progesterone tablets. Not sure if this is any serious.

Most probably it's dermoid ... U shd get it operates if it's troubling u this much .. n what about tumor markers? Pls connect online or visit clinic for further clarification
