There is a bulky , non -gravid anteverted uterus with uniform myometrium and normal endometrial stripe thickness measuring (9.1×4.9x5.2)cm There is a small sized submucous fibroid mass, arising the posterior uterine segment measuring about (2.5×2.5)cm Both ovaries are normal in outline and configuration, there is no adnexal mass or cysts. There is no significant fluid collection in the pouch of  Douglas. The urinary bladder is normal  in outline and wall thickness. Conclusion ; otherwise normal pelvic scan. What are the lab test I need to conduct since I haven't been pregnant for once .
