I am having wheezing for past 2 days and mostly at night less at day and have been adviced by doctor to use 1 puff at night one hour before sleep/attack. Should I gargle my throat immediately after taking inhaler or any other stores to be followed. If I discontinue after 15 days is there a chance of reoccurrence.

Chances of recurrence will be high if you get these symptoms yearly in same season or you have allergic symptoms. You should rinse your mouth after using it as it contain steroid that can cause fungal infection.
