How to identify if the raised patch in cheek is due to biting or its a buccal mucosa cancer symptom?
Google says raised white/ red patch as an early cancer symptom! I have some irritation in my mouth due to impacted tooth and i do take my cheeks insides at times to alleviate the discomfort! But iam worried !
Please don't suggest to get physically examined, have done that 100 times, very worried, pls suggest

As you have written buccal mucosa in your query that means you have googled a lot about this.kindly donot make diagnosis on the basis of google surfing as the first diagnosis even to a mild pain will come as cancer.
Secondly buccal mucosa cancer is not that common.Your cheeks are absolutely normal.No as such abnormal appearance is seen in the photo posted by you.
Next Steps
Kindly stop doing google search and make diagnosis on the basis of it.

Hi,
Please share an X-Ray OPG to evaluate the position of your wisdom tooth. Your mucosa looks normal. You have a tooth with no crown. Get a crown placed, as the edges of a prepared tooth can cause the irritation.
From the picture shared, there is nothing to worry.

Please don’t draw a diagnosis with the help of Dr Google. Better trust your dentist and stop worrying too much.
Still if you’re not convinced with a dentist, but google, you can get a biopsy done of the area. But I can assure you it’s all normal.
