Brownish patch inner cheek, redness

So on around 6th may I discovered this dark brown spot, it was dark n i was scared. I started applying kenacort since sunday and today the result is in the right image. I want to to know why that redness is coning up?(see the arrows), and the area which is still darkish, will it go away? I went to local clinic, they said its physiological pigmentation. So m relieved, but that redness comes and goes is worrying me now, my upper wisdom tooth needs to be smoothened out though, is any sharp teeth causing this? Please help. And its almost 2 weeka with kenacort oral, should i continue?

Yes, it's a physiological pigmentation. Nothing to worry as of now! You can get the wisdom tooth smoothened only if it's hurting your cheek otherwise don't touch it.
Next Steps
You can stop the kenacort. ( The pigmentation can come back)
Health Tips
Stop touching that area with your fingers for a while and let the tissue heal.

Could possibly be due to irritation from the tooth cusp, smoothening of which can resolve the redness and inflammation eventually. A proper detailed medical and dental history to rule out other possibilities is essential.
