I had a little brown spotting yesterday once. I am already on progesterone tablet . Should I worry as it didn't occur again

Go for a ultrasound,,,to check for fetal wellbeing,,you might need injectable progesterone.

Yes any bleeding or  spotting in pregnancy is definitely not normal You need to repeat an ultrasound
