Brown period colour

Why my period colour is brown, also the flow is less compare to earlier. My age is 31. Also sometimes I am  feeling little dizziness and nausea .

Hi I would suggest taking a proper menstrual history. If this is an isolated incident- I would still like to rule out pregnancy if this period was a very light one-would suggest to do a pregnancy test (blood or urine). Once the test is negative, we may go for evaluation of thyroid disorder/blood sugar monitoring/ history of recent weight gain etc. do consult for further evaluation and management.
