Brown discharge since 13 days

Asked for Female, 40 Years

I had got last period on 24/04/26. Since 10/05/26, I am getting brown discharge spotting. Earlier I had such discharge, but that was only for 1-2 days. But this time it's continued since 13 days. I had undergone Myomectomy in 2018. Currently on thyronorm 75mcg. Is it normal? Or should I get checked for uterine fibroid? Or is it menopausal symptoms? Note - No kid. Not planning to have kids.
