My pregnancy of 21 days and today is seen brown discharge . What is this i confused what my period us start.

Hello,start tab Duphaston 10 mg 4 tab stat and then one tab twice a day for 30 days ,rest in bed and go for USG lower abdomin.

This is nothing. You said that "pregnancy of 21 days". I presume it means that you are overdue by 21 days.  If that be so, please get a sonography of Lower abdomen done. It will confirm pregnancy, give exact duration, confirm that it is alive, and also confirm if there is any bleeding around the pregnancy sac.
