Brown discharge,bit bleed early pregnant

I am 31, conceived for the first time. I am 5 weeks 6 days pregnant. Had a scan, gestational and yolk sac looks ok as said by dr. But I am having brown discharge and light bleed since last 3 days. I am taking folvite mb, duphaston and normoz. Is it a concern?
