Brown discharge 6 weeks pregnant

I am having slight brown discharge at 6 weeks (picture attached). Is this a cause for concern? I took hcg 5000 injection day before which is causing slight lower abdominal bloating. Taking Susten 200mg twice a day along with gestofit 300.
