Hello , tiny brown and black spot appeared on my leg 1 year back and since then it's increasing and those spots become wide please advice me what could be my problem it's not itchy not painful but it's gradually increasing .

From what you describe it can be a condition associated with prolonged standing . It is a benign condition called pigmented purpuric dermatitis. Pls visit a dermatologist near you for proper examination and treatment.
