Bronchiectasis is a permanent damage already established, From your history point of view, old ptb can land up with bronchiectasis, u need to maintain bronchial hygeine and  chest physiotherapy to clear your secretions. You need to take pnemococcal vaccine and yearly influenza vaccine , which protects you from common respiratory infection.

Given that you have broncheictasis. My suggestion would be you practice proper respiratory hygiene with physiotherapy and pulmonary rehabilitation also vaccinations to prevent repeated infection. Also we have to check if you have any chronic colonization of any specific bacteria and give antibiotics accordingly and prophylaxis with antibiotics.
