Hi, Before going for filling x ray has to be taken to evaluate how deep is the cavity to rule out root canal treatment and accordinglly you can get it filled with the material your dentist will suggest after checking the position & size of the cavity for it to stay long.

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  We cannot fill that teeth on this platform but however, i would siggest you consult a dentist in person near you for further evaluation and management.  Let him examine it and then he will suggest what is to be done.
