I had an accident 5 years ago and had an fracture in right forearm.
On examination:
Elbow: Range of movement : Full
Wrist: Range of movement : Full
Forearm : Supination : 30%
Pronation : 50%
Now i want to go to gym, can i lift weights and do physical traning.Will it effect me in future by any means??...please recommend me what to do?
