Take pain killer and follow ergonomics to avoid recurrence

Take painkillers for now and consult an Orthopaedic Surgeon later for definitive treatment once the national situation improves

Will need to know the exact site of fracture, range of movements at surrounding joints. Best would be a video consultation

Take some pain killers like Crocin for now Give your hand some much needed rest Do hot water fomentation

I feel if it has been fixed with some implants guess it has to be removed otherwise simple medications will work out
