Do bright light therapy lamps help with sleepiness/ lack of energy? I experience constant fatigue and drowsiness even after a good night sleep.

Do a routine blood investigation with thyroid profile and vitamin D level,take high protein diet like ,eggs paneer nuts and fresh fruits .do walking every day. Take vitamin s,and show blood reports to physicians
