My dad got a 4 unit dental bridge for upper posterior tooth region 6 to 7 years back..recently it fall off by its own.. it was for one premolar and 3 molars. My question is how to preserve it before visiting to the dentist ? Can it be kept in water ?? And actually the premolar came off with the root..so can it be placed back with the normal cement back with other 3 molars?

If the premolar has come out along with the bridge. Then a new prosthesis will have to be fabricated. Kindly visit a dentist for the same.

If the premolar has come off along with the bridge, then there is no use keeping the bridge since a new one has to be made according to the existing conditions. Please visit your dentist to get the treatment.
