Whenever I have anxiety I feel if I can't breathe properly and I will die due to it.i happens after I lost my dad. Sometimes I can't sleep due to this along with fast heart rate. I feel as if I have corona aur lung realted problem maybe,I  get scared when this happens. My hand and feet feel numb nd chilled and whenever I am about to fall asleep,something bappens and I wake up scared within seconds help me why is this happening.

This is very common after death of near and dear once  you are not going to die  your heart and lungs are very much normal  take pranyam + movie + talk more with loving people+ take daily tab   alprax before bed    make future life beautiful with  dad's blessings  make him proud of you                from above dady wants to see you  happy beautiful daughter  bholenath bless you
