I am 28 yrs old female and feeling breathlessness from past 7 days . It comes and go . While sleeping I don't feel any problem but when I am awake i feel shortness of breath while sitting and sometimes walking , I have DNS issues as well, this problem started when weather changed and raining started happening I do not know whether it is anxiety issue or lung issue

Good afternoon! As per your clinical symptoms, first of all you need to check your SpO2 , and other vitals . So the danger signs can be ruled out. As the duration of breathlessness is 7 days we need proper workup for diagnosis I would like to know more about your symptoms that if breathless is associated with other symptoms too.
