Have been experiencing acute breathlessness lately. Even after walking a few steps I get short of breath. Am also having weight gain.

There are many causes of acute onset breathlessness.  Weight gain could be due to water retention.  Since your location shows as noida you can very well consult me as a chest specialist. Do not neglect your condition. Do take advise.
