Been having breathlessness since 3 days along with sharp pain on left side of chest and on my back on the left side as well. No fever. Abdominal pain. Vomiting after eating anything. Chest pain is sharp and continuous.

Hi noted above history. As you mentioned above symptoms are could be due to gastric reflux problems o r abdomen colic ? More details and related questions regarding this are to be addressed
