Breathlessness and excessive belching since one month. breathlessness in night affecting sleep. Affecting normal life. Taking PPI(Proton Pump Inhibitor) Riapanta 40 since 3 weeks. No benefit. Please suggest please.

I think ur breathlessness is more severe...as ur sleep is disturbed, u are facing stress induced acidity.. If u r suffering breathlessness since many months, like when exposed to cold or dust...seasonally every year..u must likely be suffering from asthma..and u definitely need a treatment to continue normal activities But , if it had started after this covid...could be anxiety related and u need counselling for it..
