Hi, Having too much of acidity and breathlessness, done endoscopy and have nothing. Some bloating and burning under chest and stomach. Kindly suggest. Thank you.

Drink plenty of water. Stop eating spicy and oily food. Do some physical activity. Don't eat and lie down keep atleast 2 hours of gap. Avoid alcohol. Stop smoking if you do. Stop expecting everything for free.
