Hi doctors, lately i read about a famous actor got heart attack at the age of 40 , Suddenly I woke up in night at 3 Am today and then couldnt sleep for 2 hours, I was very worried , I was breathing but it seemed not satisfying my body , I measured SPO2 it was 98, No fever , Still I m worried alot and noticing mild mild aches near heart area, what to do doctors please advise

Hi Everybody's  health is different.each ones risk factors are different. Please donot correlate your self with others.what you had was just a panic attack. Famous actor that you have mentioned have had lot many things for his heart attack. Their diet is different, life style is different, stress is different.....soo many factors are responsible for heart attack. If you still have aches near heart, get an ECG done and review. That will help you to realise about your health. Hope all your questions got answered
