2022-11-16 12:51:03
Good Evening Doctors, From the past 4-5 month i have faced some trouble in breathing which lasted for 10-15 minutes. This issue, i have faced 2 times till now. And this issue caused after i climb stairs for more than 2 floors. I used to have gastric trouble also, i have felt some heaviness in throat, and this heaviness gets relief after burping. I have checked for Spo2 (greater than 98%), BP and heart rate all normal except breathing problem which cause some sort of anxiety and fear. I am already facing anxiety issues but never gone for doctor consult. I used to control by myself. But i do not know why i have a breathing issue. No cough, no covid contracted till now, facing all covid protocol also.

Most likely your breathing symptoms are related to gastritis or esophagitis where you feel breathless and tightness in the  throat and chest.Anxiety aggravates it .climbing the stairs rapidly will invariably cause some breathing issue . If the symptoms are still bothering you ,try the combination of pantoprazol 40 mg domperidone 30 mg long acting, once a day for a few days . Avoid spicy and fatty foods smoking and alcohol
