Breathing stops when sleeping

If I try to sleep with 2 pillows I feels like breathing is stopped If I sleep without pillow it will be better No snoring

You will need to visit a nearby Pulmonologist to understand if it's related to sleep apnea or now and accordingly do the test to confirm it.

Hi No need to worry . Supine and left lateral positions are best sleeping positions for good health. Need some more history like obesity, any other respiratory symptoms,history of smocking etc..
