Since I was positive in covid first wave I have breathing problem My lung is damaged bit In x ray it shows white What is cure for lung?

I don't know how you are so sure about all the things that you have written. If it is true then you should get a HRCT Scan of the chest. Consult a General Physician in your area for a physical examination and further management
