Breathing problem while speaking

Hey Doc, I kind of started having breathing problem sometimes while soeaking. This is intermittent as when I am speaking either in phone or in office after some 2-3 minutes, I feel like take a stop and catch a breathe. Some sort of heaviness also on Chest.
