Sir, I m now suffering from a problem... Breathing problem....when I masturbating at Morning or day..... After masturbating, my heart starts to shake very loud .... and at night it feels very burning in the chest......There is nothing going on all day, but it is difficult to breathe in the night ... breathing difficulties.......plzzzz help me... I wanna going well and fit... I don't wanna be die
