Sir since 7 months my right nostril is blocked and i cant breathe through it. I have been using fluticasone and azelastine nasal spray since 2 months with very little relief till now. I have also been taking levocetrizine and montelukast tablets since 15 days but the condition has not improved that much. I have attatched my ct scan film and reports show turbinate hypertrophy please guide me.

Turbinates are blocking the nasal cavity,If nasal spray is not working for you , turbinate  reduction can be done.

Since you only have a 7 month history, the CT scan findings of bilateral concha bullosa and inferior turbinate hypertrophy does not justify any surgical intervention. It seems to be an Allergic aetiology. Please come down to my clinic for a proper clinical assessment and an allergy counselling will help you manage your condition.
