Go for nasal endoscopy... Go get ur crustings removed. Take steam inhalation x 3 times a day N/d actowin 3 drop 3 times a day

Get a nasal endoscopy done Meanwhile put solspre nasal spray 3 puff 4 times daily in both nostrils for 10 days
